At NikosStyle, we believe that true style is all about confidence. If your new piece doesn’t make you feel like the modern muse you are—whether the fit is a bit off or the vibe just isn’t “you”—don’t sweat it. We want the process of finding your perfect look to be as effortless as our designs.

Our “No-Stress” Policy

You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to decide if it’s a keeper. We want you to try it on, see it in your mirror, and make sure it’s love at first sight.

How to Start a Return

We’ve kept it simple. To start a return or an exchange, just follow these steps:

  1. Visit our [Returns Portal Link] and enter your order number and email.

  2. Select the items you’d like to send back and tell us why (we love feedback—it helps us design better for you!).

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label (for US/EU customers) and drop it off at your local post point.

Easy Exchanges

Found the perfect top but need a different size? We offer free exchanges! We’ll ship your new size out as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier, so you don’t have to wait to finish your look.

The Fine Print (The Friendly Version)

To help us keep our small-batch production sustainable, we just ask that:

  • Items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all those beautiful NikosStyle tags still attached).

  • The original packaging is used if possible (it’s better for the planet!).

  • Final Sale items (which we’ll clearly mark on the product page) are yours to keep forever.

Refunds

Once your return hits our warehouse, our team will give it a quick check. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email the second it’s done!

International Neighbors

For our style icons outside of the US and EU, we still offer returns! While we currently can’t provide prepaid labels for all regions, our team is here to guide you through the process. Just reach out to us at hello@nikosstyle.com.

Damaged or Faulty Items?

Every NikosStyle piece is inspected by hand, but if we missed something, we are so sorry! Please email us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right—on us, of course.
